I had locked my bicycle to a post in the city center and could no longer open the lock. The locksmith Lohberger helped me spontaneously and very kindly and first gave me an open can of graphite spray. When I couldn't get any further with that, an employee lent me a battery-powered angle grinder with which I could cut the lock. Everything was based on trust and free of charge. I had 2 copies made of a bent garage key. However, they could hardly be turned in the lock, so I went back and brought the cylinder with me. "It has lived its life" said the operators, and without further questioning, they gave me a new cylinder for free. Now I have a brand new lock and even one more key. It doesn't get much better than this, great service.
